"This is a new hotel (2026) and its fresh new decor is very attractive. My King room offered a very large, wonderfully comfortable bed with excellent pillows of different firmness., A beautiful bathroom with large powerful walk-in shower, huge lit mirror and pump toiletries. The constant dim light from the electrical socket in the bathroom was useful to avoid switching on main lights at nighttime. A bathrobe option would have been nice but was not available. There was no large towel rail in the bathroom which would have helped dry damp bath towels. Plenty of drawer space and small clothes hanging area though 4 hooks in the hall area made up for this.There was a limited choice of tea in the room, though the coffee nespresso pods were good and offered decaf also. There is a well appointed gym on the 16th floor with towels and water available. Nice view. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as choice was relatively limited and fresh cut fruit ran out quickly and was apparently replaced with tinned (though I didn't experience this myself). Coffee was available all day on the 2nd floor restaurant. I would recommend and stay again. The staff were helpful and friendly."

"It was too noisy! My room was facing the road, and I couldn't get any sleep. The soundproofing was already bad, and then they added a portable air conditioner, which meant there was a hole in the otherwise sealed window! Light sleepers should definitely reconsider booking here."

The bathroom was very small in the room, but other than that, the room and service was great."

"The location is great! They offer private airport transfers and it's a popular base for tour groups, which is super convenient as you don't have to constantly move around. There are also supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. For those planning a self-drive trip, it's not far from Highway 1, so everything is just perfect. My only slight disappointment was the lack of a hot water kettle in the room, which isn't ideal for us Asians who prefer hot drinks. Also, even though I only stayed one night, I was bothered by two Western girls. First, they were laughing loudly outside my door, then they knocked and ran away, only for me to open the door and see them laughing elsewhere with a phone propped up on the floor filming my doorway. Maybe it was some kind of YouTube prank! Anyway, I felt disturbed by them! I didn't feel comfortable filming them, but I hope the hotel takes this seriously."

Without even asking they upgraded my room with a view. I was pleasantly surprised that not only do they have a whirlpool on their second floor but also a pool for you to enjoy. Had I know about this and been prepared for a swim I would have certainly enjoyed going for a dip."

After leaving the hotel and realised that how convenient this hotel location can be since it is beside the meet up point for one day tour to lake Louise and lake Moraine. We do not require to stay in Banff(much more expensive) to explore the lake at all. In fact I wonder why no one ever mentioned in their reviewed before. By the way, within walking distance there is restaurants with good google reviews that worth to explore too."

"A great value-for-money option! The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer), and a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals (there's a Walmart nearby for groceries). The adjacent park is nice for a stroll. While the room doesn't have air conditioning, there's a circulating fan that keeps it from getting stuffy. The bathroom also provides a good selection of toiletries and is clean. The best part is the landlord's quick responses! They can speak Chinese, and their helpful attitude left a wonderful impression. This is definitely a place worth staying again if we come back to Calgary. Highly recommend! 👍"
